Shipping policy

Where we deliver

We currently deliver within the United Kingdom only. If you are outside the UK and would like a copy, email admin@alphafoodie.com and we will let you know as soon as international delivery is available.

Delivery cost

Delivery is by Royal Mail Tracked 48. One book: £3.95. Two or more books in one order: £5.95. The exact charge is shown at checkout before you pay.

Dispatch and delivery times

Books are packed and posted from Oxford, usually within 2 working days of your order (Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays). Royal Mail Tracked 48 normally delivers within 2 to 3 working days of dispatch, so most orders arrive within a week. These are estimates, not guarantees; delivery can take longer at busy times such as the run-up to Christmas.

Tracking

You will receive an email when your order is dispatched, with a tracking link. If you have not received your book within 10 working days of dispatch, please contact us at admin@alphafoodie.com with your order number and we will chase it with Royal Mail.

Delivery address

Please check your address carefully at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us because the address was incomplete or incorrect, we will contact you and may need to charge the delivery cost again to resend it.

Packaging

Each book is sent in a rigid cardboard book mailer to protect the corners and cover in transit. If your book arrives damaged, see our Return and refund policy.
